AGEMERA celebrates Earth Day in Sofia

We are strongly committed to creating - or helping to create - a more sustainable and, consequently, better future for the generations to come and every year, with the occasion of the Earth Day celebrations, we reinforce this commitment to ourselves. This year, at the invitation of our partners at the Geological Institute "Strashimir Dimitrov" within the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, we traveled to Sofia to take part in an event reuniting top academic institutions, researchers, and policymakers, to reflect on the future of mineral exploration. The event, which was organised in the "Prof. Marin Drinov" Hall of the Academy, gained greatly from the participation of various national authorities, including representatives from the Bulgarian Mining and Geological Chamber, the Bulgarian Ministry of Energy, the Embassy of Finland, and geoscientists from within the country and beyond. We would like to thank our colleagues for this invitation - it's always rewarding to spread the word about AGEMERA and contribute to the efforts of advocating for responsible mining!
