AGEMERA is part of the EU booth at PDAC25

Our project goes across the pond to join a cohort of 19 EU-funded projects working on raw materials with a dedicated booth at PDAC 2025

At the end of last winter, we were deeply honoured to find out that AGEMERA was selected among the 19 projects making up the EU booth at this year's Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) convention. It's not the first time we join this prestigious event, but it is once more an incredible recognition by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) of our work and achievements. 

The PDAC Convention reunites top players in mineral exploration and mining - this year alone more than 27,000 people gathered in Toronto! The EU delegation aimed to showcase the various innovations each of the projects has worked on and put forward, all with the goal of making Europe more resilient and sustainable. We were represented there by our project coordinator, Jari Joutsenvaara.

The other projects that were part of the EU booth are: PERSEPHONE, REEsilience, MASTERMINE, RAWMINA, BATRAW project, METALLICO, REEPRODUCE, SUPREEMO, CRM-geothermal, DINAMINE, MINEYE, Crusade, GoldenRAM, TERRAVISION, EuroTITAN. 

We enjoyed being in such prestigious company and communicating with participants at the event about what excite us the most - and we're looking forward to more of these valuable collaborations in the industry.

  • AGEMERA Open Innovation Seminar (Tallinn, 6 May 2025)

    Join us for the AGEMERA Open Innovation Seminar: "Exploring Tomorrow: Innovations in Mineral Tech and Beyond", where leading experts, technology developers, industry stakeholders, policymakers, and researchers will gather to discuss the future of mineral exploration, deep-tech innovation, and sustainable resource management. 

    The event will take place on 6 May 2025, at TalTech Mektory (Tallinn, Estonia) and online, at 15:00-17:00 EET (14:00-16:00 CET). For those joining in-person, the event will be followed by networking and refreshments. 

    The seminar will highlight the achievements of the AGEMERA Project, particularly its innovative, non-invasive mineral exploration and data visualisation technologies. These advances are reshaping how we discover and understand mineral resources, with a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability and operational efficiency.
